Delivery information

When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. When buying online, you can request products to be delivered to an address of your choice.

Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, email support.za@dyson.com.

Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. We'll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box) or is in a remote location which is not serviced by our logistics provider. If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

2.Delivery timescales and charges

All orders are delivered free of charge, unless stated otherwise.

Order before 6pm for 1-2 day delivery in key cities and up to 5 days in other cities.

Upon submission of your order, we will reach out to you through an SMS or a Call and if we are unable to reach you, this will affect the delivery timelines.

At Dyson we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you’ve chosen. If you are not satisfied or change your mind, you may return your product for a full refund strictly within 14 days of receiving your product by contacting our Dyson Concierge team on the below details:

Our delivery and collection team adheres to all social distancing guidelines. You must return products in their original packaging with all included accessories and additional products (if any). If you damage or misuse products or fail to take proper care of them, we will not be able to accept returns.
